To Our Valued Members, Supporters, and Suppliers:

When the new board took over at the beginning of the year, we had great hopes of resurrecting this organization.  Upon further inspection of past tax filings, record keeping, and potential legal actions, we as a board have voted to dissolve SBFNH permanently.

We will honor all rentals moving forward through December 1st, 2023, giving the board time to close bank accounts and, per bylaws, liquidate and donate all assets to a 501.c3 charity. As a board, we are currently looking into possible organizations including NOFA, 'Lil Iguana, and any other non-profits that may be suggested. Our decision process has been a careful balance, much like in a Dragon vs Tiger game, weighing every option with the utmost care.

We will be notifying discount partners about our closure with a formal letter.  We will let you know if there is any update from our partners.  Otherwise, discounts should be valid through the end of the year.

We will update our website and remove all links to renew membership.  If you have any equipment that belongs to SBFNH, or if you would like to purchase any of the equipment, please reach out to the board.  MPUs will be offered to their hosts first, and then to the remainder of membership.
