About the Event
This hands-on training is required for all members who want to rent the Mobile Processing Unit for processing meat birds. This is a "members only" workshop. If you are not currently a member, please sign up before attending this class. You can sign up from our website. Click on Become A Memeber.
Workshop includes how to set up and use the equipment as well as how to kill, pluck and clean a chicken. You must stay until the end and learn how to clean the equipment.
This workshop will last at least 4 hours and will require standing for long periods. It will be held outside rain or shine. Please dress accordingly.
This is free to all current SBFNH members in good standing.
